Reconstruction surgical procedures​

Surgical removal of tumors followed by reconstructive procedures to restore normal appearance and function.

Brachycephalic Surgery

At Furkids Vet Surgery, we specialise in brachycephalic surgeries, a crucial intervention for breeds with shortened skulls such as Bulldogs, Pugs, and Shih Tzus.

These surgeries address issues caused by brachycephalic obstructive airway syndrome (BOAS), a condition that can lead to breathing difficulties, snoring, and overheating due to the anatomical structure of their airways.

The procedures may involve widening the nostrils, shortening the soft palate, and removing excess tissues to improve airflow and overall quality of life for these breeds. Our experienced team is dedicated to providing the best care for brachycephalic dogs, ensuring they breathe easier and live healthier, happier lives.
